Valentine’s Day is a perfect day to remind people that it is through the power of love—universal love– that we will heal relationships and unravel conflict in this world. Coincidentally, I was born on Valentine’s Day and it is my passion to share my insights and thoughts about how love can change the world if we will only let it! Choosing love is the answer for all decisions. Unfortunately, the ego has strategies to cover its neediness and these strategies block the very love everyone desires. The ego, in its goal to always be right cannot find humility, courage, or other worthy qualities stemming from love. Therefore, the ego cannot take a stand for truth or have the courage to be to be or do the right thing in difficult circumstances.
Universal love is the source of everything and is the power that sustains all life. It can be counted on in all circumstances. It is internal and eternal and never wavers. You can be sure when you rely on love because it shines away all doubt, strengthens your resolve, and confirms your intentions. Love limits nothing and controls no one, so when you find yourself trying to control people or circumstances you can know you are in the world of the ego. When you feel despair, remember that love builds hope and faith, and fortifies your strength. Love provides comfort to you and others and has an endless supply. Why would we be stingy with love–our source and our strength?
In its purest form, love flourishes despite uncertainty and dissolves all fear. Love can move mountains and pave the way for a smooth journey. The amazing power of love abandons no one—not even your perceived enemies. It shines equally on everyone. Being both practical and masterful, it creates opportunities leading to fruition. Love does not shrink or cower in the face of obstacles. In fact, it clears all interference and amplifies all your efforts. Love is the very reason you exist. We need to envelop the world in love because love radiates peace and joy and that is what the world needs.
It is time to give up worries and concerns and recognize that they limit your power and energy. Learn to be patient with yourself and others. And come to know that love is enduring and can be counted on always. So, I suggest, be joyful and what you need will follow, not the other way around. The world believes you will be happy when you get what you need, but this is not true. When you align with love, your needs and desires will be met. Trust in that.
So where do you start? Families provide a golden opportunity because even in conflicted families there is a core of love–if you can unravel the layers. Loving people, even when they are different in some ways, can be an excellent practice for loving our fellow souls in all arenas on the planet. Start with your family and closest friends. Because, if we cannot heal our relationships with our family members and friends who we care about, how do we think we can heal communities, Congress, workplaces, or the world?
How do we do it? Challenge the little voice inside that tries to distract you and tries to make you feel separate from love and all others. Do not let it disturb your peace or allow it to perturb you. Any time you are irritated, it is coming from yourself, not another person. And when you are in sadness, irritation, or in confusion, you can listen to your inner authentic voice, coming from universal love, and not the selfish, conflicted ego. The inner voice, connected to universal love is so powerful, you can reach it at any time. You are never alone. It can be counted on to provide support and inner security in any situation or circumstance. Love is the source of peace and joy. The key is to be open and receptive, and trust that all you need will be given at every moment.

Despite all external appearances, including calamities, chaos, interruptions, and shocking events you see on television and the internet, you are asked to see the world through the eyes of love. This is a defining moment in the history of the world, leading to a time where honor, respect, and love will be held in the hearts of people worldwide– people who understand and share the vision for a new and cooperative world. Pain and suffering, the result of the contention created by human beings, will begin to disappear as people join together for the common good of all people everywhere.
Positions of authority will be occupied by people who hold the highest interest and regard for all people, not just for those at the top. Beliefs in separateness from Source and from each other will be eradicated and people will feel compassion for their fellow beings, their brothers and sisters on the planet. The new cooperative system and structure has been long-awaited but is arriving now, the result of the chaos and dissension finally being played out and exposed for all to see– the erroneous beliefs that have been the underlying cause of the discord, the conflict, and pain in this competitive world.
Seeing through the eyes of love requires suspending your fears and judgments, and instead, trusting that a better world is emerging. When you are in a state of openness, you allow the divine to shine through you, assisting you in understanding all situations from a higher perspective. You will see even difficult circumstances as opportunities for exposure, understanding, and release of former ideologies containing supremacy, competition, pain, and destruction.
Joint decisions that benefit all sides for mutual satisfaction will become clear and recognizable as the only way to a peaceful society–comprised of respectful relationships at all levels. Each of you contributes to the rebuilding of the current societal framework, simply by interacting with compassion and understanding with others you see every day. You rebuild relationships here and now with how you see and relate with those closest to you.
Have faith, hope, and trust that all is well, in spite of and in the face of appearances. When you see the world through the eyes of love, you see its perfection for the unfolding plan for society’s transition–a beautiful awakening, bringing a final state of relief from suffering and pain worldwide. This utopia is achievable, the state of cooperation and love is coming, and those who awaken can experience it now. It is already here for those who are awake.
See the beauty in the eyes of your fellow beings and be united and energized by understanding love is in everyone. Love is the source of all power and is the reason you exist. You have all been a part of the massive delusion that has existed for thousands of years, but is now coming to an end. Be joyous now and know you are loved and adored. The clouds are parting and the sun is shining through! You are blessed and this is the time to be alive with purpose and gratitude in your hearts. Awaken beloved children of God, the time is now!
Plans for awakening are expanding rapidly. Don’t doubt that this is happening or minimize your part in it. Be proud of your steps and contribute with the passion instilled in you. Enjoy the journey and trust that you will be prepared for each experience as it unfolds. See the blessings all around you, recognize the synchronicity in all interactions with others, and understand how all situations and events are part of the transition to awakening.
The complexities of this world can be confusing, but the conflicts and discord are the result of the ego and its desire for power and validation. Don’t be hypnotized into believing circumstances or become transfixed on the false appearances or the temporary results of artificial power. They are crumbling and dissolving, even when you can’t see it. Awakening is just that–opening your eyes to the truth, despite the appearances. It is knowing that love is the foundation of all that truly exists.
Standing powerfully in love is the path for emancipation from all previously held beliefs and artificial constructs. The dissension and complexities occurring worldwide are a reflection of the grievances and unresolved conflicts in individuals. As you find your own sanity and recognize your own misguided beliefs, you assist in the dismantling of the world’s complex societal structure that is holding a stranglehold on people everywhere. So look within to release your own fears and demons and find the underlying source of love in yourself. As you experience your personal transformation, you transform the world. As you find your own liberation, you bring freedom to the world.
All the circumstances, events and happenings in the world at this time, no matter how dire they appear, are moving forward in service to the awakening of humanity through the eyes of love. Be at peace.

Your thoughts can never hold your soul. Your soul beckons you from a deep place that you knew, even as a little child. The longing you feel to rejoin is a call from your soul and you are answering. Your presence here at this time benefits others as well as yourself. Present the face of your soul in the embodiment of (your name)–with glittering eyes, calling others to awaken to the brilliance, love and joy awaiting them. Do not be diminished by small definitions of yourself, or worrying thoughts that keep you small. Your destiny is to be here now, with us helping you in everything.
Do not labor and worry. It is all about unfold in magnificent splendor before you very eyes. Blessed are you. We love and adore you—you are a precious soul, loved by many, honored for your truth and justice, and your commitment and sacrifice for the good of others.
The pain you feel will melt away as you continue from your sojourn to a higher ground—a safe environment of lovely peace. Feel the blessings arising in you—the relief you seek is right here now and at any moment that you request it. You are always chaperoned– watched over on your beautiful path of diligence toward a mighty goal, releasing the chains for not only yourself, but for those you meet. Singing the praise of love into being, you are guiding others who need a helping hand as you are assisting in the shift in consciousness.
Bestowed on you is this gift—this promise—you will be taken care of throughout your life–trust in that. Joyous occasions await you—answering the call with your open heart. Blessings, dear one, blessings to you. Allow the flow of love into your heart—replenishing you soul that has been dimmed by the darkness of fears and trepidation created by the mind.
It is always your choice to listen to the voice of the ego or your soul that is aligned to Love. The outcome of listening to your soul is a million times superior to the outcome of your thinking mind. The options of the mind are always limited to that which seems safe and reasonable. Your choice now is to go beyond the darkness and come into full bloom—blossoming from the strength of the divine, leading you away from the temptress of the known and the secure.
Born in the moment, in sincere desire, is the content for the messages for civilization to shift—the dawning of a new world now–precisely now.
Masculine pride is being confronted and slowly dismantled, leading to a shift of magnificent proportions. Blind ambition, greed, and fights to overcome others have a caused a breach, a break in the now crumbling wall of defense and projection, leading to cataclysmic results of a divine nature.
Follow each intuition, idea, and intention that seems to emerge and take it from a delicate flower and watch it bloom into an immense opportunity.
Beautiful soul–gather your strength, and begin anew, mightier for the fall. stronger for the experience and blessed by the grace and love that leads you. You benefit yourself and others every time you return to the presence of your divine brothers and sisters. Your path is assured and strengthened through the trials of your experience.
Value your gift of grace and feel the tears of relief. The energy needed is supplied before you even ask. Keep flowing and flowing, returning and sharing light and love. Let the light in you be reflected to all. Peace and joy to you.
Remember, thoughts directed by the ego are fickle, floundering, argumentative, silly, exaggerated, insane, contradictory and utterly unreal. This will be relief to yourself and also help you understand the thoughts and reactions of others when operating from ego dictates. They are just not real.

We are happy to announce that John Smallman and Danna Beal will be presenting a second workshop, Aligning with Your Inner Guidance, in the Seattle area. At the request of participants, this event will be three hours.
John Smallman, channel for Jesus through John and author of Our Divine Destiny, A Saul Book, will be in Seattle again from New Hampshire. John has thousands of followers throughout the world and has been channeling since 1995. He started posting his blogs in May, 2009. Danna’s Twelve Wise Ones have been dictating to her since 1981 and the messages are the source and the basis of her books, articles and international talks on spirit in business.
In this upcoming session you will have several opportunities to practice connecting with your own inner, divine power. It will also include exercises on understanding our roles, revealing our blocks, and finding freedom from relationship conflicts. The John Smallman-Danna Beal Channeling Workshop on Dec. 10 was a great success with so many positive responses from those attending. Many people shared both in the group and afterwards their alignment experiences–connecting to their spiritual, divine Source–in many different forms–words, images, energy, and inspiration. If you are one of the attendees, I am so happy you were able to join us for the 2 hour event.
THE RECORDING OF THE CHANNELING EVENT
We had many requests for a recording for those who did not attend. We also had requests for those who did attend who would like a copy to continue the practices and lessons. I have now completed the editing of the recording. It is fun and inspiring to hear the discussions and enjoy a replay of the WONDERFUL workshop. You can get a copy below for $25 for the mp3 audio which will be emailed to you. You will also be emailed the Chapter 69 which John played during the workshop.
Many of the attendees said they would like a longer event–that they felt their opening to their inner guidance would have continued. So I am hosting a second one on Saturday, January 14, 2017, from 11 am to 2 pm with several opportunities to practice connecting with your own inner, divine power. It will also include exercises on understanding our roles, revealing our blocks, and finding freedom from relationship conflicts. These steps all lead to alignment with our divine guidance and personal joy. John Smallman is considering coming again and we will have to see how that unfolds. To be announced!

Dear Lightworkers,
Denial is the tool used by your ego to protect you and to keep fear below the surface where it does not have to be acknowledged. Denial is such a powerful tool you don’t even know it is occurring.
Defense is the ruling force in the ego’s world because to look at what lies beneath the surface would put an end to the ego. It would be freedom. Defensive reactions occur in varying degrees of intensity, depending on the size of the issue the ego is denying. The greater the defense, the greater the fears and belief systems the ego is trying to hide. Whether you are aware of it or not, your ego is fighting for its life.
There is guilt associated with all the pain the ego is trying to cover up and its supreme fear is that it will be exposed and humiliated. There is a hidden core belief beneath the surface that is self effacing and shameful, which the ego cannot accept. However, its very origin will be discovered and you will be set free when you allow light to shine on it.
Trust is essential here. As you experience these moments of facing and opening up to your hidden beliefs you will feel great relief. As you surrender the dictates of the ego you will replace these strategies with acceptance and release of fear. Your defenses will melt and your heart will soften. Your trust will grow stronger and you will be reassured it is safe to be you. Your inner spiritual greatness will emerge, allowing you to operate from a higher level of healing vibration. You will emanate a higher frequency and you will stop unconsciously blocking the joy and abundance you deserve.
Say to yourself each day:
May all that is mine be made manifest today.
Relax into a trusting state and allow all that is yours to come to you. Give up the ego’s defiant posture so you can be restored to your authentic self and be a joy to yourself and others.

Dear Lightworkers,
A strong movement of change and evolution is happening now, even when you are not aware of it. Rather than worry and stress, trust the process; relax and enjoy the ride. Allow moments of reflection and meditation—they clear the way for inspiration.
People will automatically join the scene. Watch for the arrival of others to help in the plan. Adjoin with us and others to promote the message of hope and strength. Allow your true purpose to emerge from within. Accept and forgive others as you progress down your path. Places will be taken by those necessary in the transitional process. Join with others freely to amass the critical proportion to effect change. Deliverance from pain is the result of love and forgiveness of self and others. Why do anything else?
The average person doesn’t know what they want, why they exist or their true purpose. You choose to eliminate possibilities when you have no direction. Choice is the major force in evolution. Without choice, there is no change. Benefits and experiences in your life remain neutral, repetitive and unexamined. This leads to stagnation and even despair. Providing chances to see things/life anew is the springboard to new opportunities. Place your faith in your divine direction, making every choice with your inner guidance. Place doubts and fears behind you. Allow your spiritual connection to guide you at all junctures—you need only ask for assistance from those in this dimension assisting your world. Proud moments lie ahead and projects will move forward.
To assist you, ask yourself these questions:
Who is worrying, who is doing the self effacing, who is trying to distract you and who is doubtful?
Whenever you feel these thoughts or emotions, know that you are in your ego and not your awakened, true self. Addictive, self deprecating thoughts take enormous energy and perpetuate your pain and suffering. Renounce destructive thought patterns and choose your true, inner spiritual self.
In order to choose your true self, you have to experience operating from it—to operate awake. Practice every opportunity to be aware and present. Wake up and stop falling into the traps of the mind. Become aware of the inner, critical dialogue and know it is not you. Wake up. Embrace yourself, love yourself. Healing the world begins with healing yourself.

Dear Lightworkers,
Prepare for a journey of mythical proportions. As a leader during these historical times, take a stand for Truth even when others cower and run for cover. Your energy is needed to elevate understanding and bring about clarity to others. Vow to be a witness to Truth and be aware of false prophets. You are delivering a message of compounding truth and it is an honor and privilege to be here creating a new world.
Join with us in this pilgrimage. Walk the line of hope and faith. It is narrow for few have dared, but those who do can be a guiding light providing assistance to those who are blind and confused. All of heaven awaits you and you are compelled to follow this path that you chose; not from obligation but from your spiritual desire to do so. Your path is primordial and you are destined to be here now at this time. You cannot fail: you cannot fail!
How do you do your part in the plan?
As you liberate yourself you liberate others to their inner greatness. Having the courage to face your own inner fears and doubts will lead to your most glorious self. And as you honor and forgive yourself, you are able to give up judgment and condemnation of others. Holding on to vengeance toward others is really just a method for expelling pain that you have caused yourself, through self judgment. Don’t mistake personal guilt as humility or as a spiritual quality. Stand up, love and honor yourself as you were created to be. True compassion for others comes from strength–not weakness. Compassion arises out of acknowledgment and then forgiveness of your own mistakes and inner doubts.
As you love and honor yourself, you break the intertwined chains of reactions and counter-reactions that are holding individuals in a web of egos. Much like breaking a thread in a sweater, you help unravel the world wide web of pain, suffering and condemnation. As you take down your own walls you make it safe for others to do the same. The beautiful process of self acceptance leads to acceptance of all others. Deliverance from pain and suffering is your goal; for yourself and others. Pledge allegiance to the plan of which you are a part.

Enlightened Leadership November 11, 2009

Until each leader can face his/her own inner doubts and fear of reprisal, all attempts at leadership will fail in the face of conflict. Emotional instability and immaturity show up in the workplace, families and relationships. Unresolved issues, pains and insecurities, even though masked with attempts at artificial roles of superiority, eventually collapse when the pressure mounts.
The masks will fail to protect and the fears will overtake all circumstances. In an attempt to protect the self, the ego will resort to the strategies they believe carried them through stories in the past. These false roles will only result in further dramas, leading to larger catastrophes affecting the security and safety of many people. The emotional drama feeds on the hidden fears and frailties of the individuals.
Kindness is in short supply—based on fear. Illumination only comes from within—facing your fears and insecurities. Life presents opportunities and choices that lead to authentic power. Believe not in outside appearances but look within. The child, the neuroses, and the psyche are all competing for attention. Where you focus your attention builds strength of that which competes within you. Trust in your own inner guidance—even when you feel little support from the masses.
Vow to be witness to Truth. Be aware of wolves in sheep’s clothing and children dressed as powerful adults. Give up false pretensions and allow the Truth to emerge in spite of the power plays. Evolving levels of justice will be done. Trust in that. Rely on nothing else.

Peace cannot be found in holding others responsible for yourself and your feelings. Cut through the confusion with the sword of discernment. You can assist others in your life when you disconnect the links and connections holding people in the maze of confusion. You help others when you can release your expectations, fears and worries about them.
Understanding of the interconnectedness is at the forefront of these processes for a spiritual evolution. The initial steps for understanding the hidden agendas and unconscious connections are necessary. Comprehension and appreciation of our freedoms start with experiencing our oneness—it is so easy to judge anything different from yourself.
Your capacity to see in others the same essence and spiritual energy, as yourself, precedes your ability to relate and communicate with others, be it in work, families or around the globe. There can be no freedom or peace whenever there is oppression of any kind. Compassionate efforts meant to elevate living standards are sometimes inadvertently causing a difference between the “us and them”, the “haves and have-nots”. It is time to stop drawing lines in the sand, and instead, seek reconciliation of ideas.
We cannot be free when we are controlling the rights of others anywhere. Today, people are caught in a network of rules. Most of the society’s rules lack meaning, invade privacy, and are strangling others into submission; as though doling out bits of freedom in small chunks to awaiting children.
Peace is a function of people cooperating on a level of respect and honor for one another. This cannot be achieved when victory or triumph over others is the goal.
The average person goes through life never questioning his/her path, rarely noticing any patterns and usually not acknowledging opportunities for growth—even when they’re miserable. Yet it is with acknowledging pain that there is an opening to a better life. Denial and resistance causes people to contribute low energy to the consciousness of the planet . You elevate the consciousness when you are reflecting the energy of understanding yourself, your notions and your projections. As you do that you can give up holding yourself and others to unconscious ideas and beliefs that are not true anyway.
Your ego is a small fearful part of you that is a great actor. Sometimes it is the powerful star of the team and other times it is the self righteous victim bearing great sorrow. Neither is true and both roles are stemming from a story you told yourself . You are neither the victim nor the enemy. Letting go of the grip of the ego and taking the path within is the portal to freedom. Peace begins with you. It is a “Personal Restoration Plan” of you to your true self, your inner spiritual greatness intended by the Creator. Patience, perseverance and passion will help you in this endeavor.
