The joy of reuniting completely with your soul can only be appreciated when you give up preconceived ideas of what your soul is, defined or conjured up by the ego. Your pathway to this experience is paved with many misunderstandings, misconceptions, and misguided attempts, but is deliberately leading to reuniting you with your soul. Inhabitants of this planet began the journey long before they arrived. The intentional pressure provides the work to bring about awakening on this journey.
The process is filled with many missteps, but a deliberate commitment to rattling the cage of the ego’s self-appointed prison can lead to this beautiful re-connection and reunion with the soul.
High frequencies of undulating waves of joy are yours for the asking, yet many refuse to recognize or even conceive of the possibility of such joy, and therefore delay their journey. Instead they spend a lot of time in a massive delusion with repeated disappointments and negative consequences—so powerful is the denial created by the ego. But at the end of the delusion is the destiny of each soul–reunification with the soul that will finally be attained.
Pleasure along the way keeps the process going, allowing each individual an opportunity to have substantial hope and expectation that joy eventually will be attained. The significant efforts down the alternative paths and desires, will recognize that these simple results and external rewards (money, position, status, homes, cars, fame) always provide temporary happiness and only lead to dissatisfaction and disappointment.
You, dear ones, are here to help others discover their path of awakening by pointing back to the source of the pain and suffering, so that they can release their misguided beliefs and hasten their journey back home to themselves. This awakening is a true transfer to one’s authentic self, which is the only real escape from pain and disillusionment. Your significant effort and repeated challenges to this exalted path have been a divine crossing into the unknown, where all joy, freedom, and love reside.
We have been with you always and applaud and rejoice at every step on your way back to yourself. Believe in us and continue to receive our guidance we so freely offer. Proud moments lie ahead, so well deserved by you. Fulfill your fate by deliberate steps forward, not doubting or giving into your shadow or memories of past experiences. It is over! It is done! You can reclaim your soul and your right to your inheritance. Do not delay another moment. You will be astounded at all that is awaiting you—for your pleasure and gratification of your soul. Align deeply with your hopes and desires and your actions will attest to the truth of your soul’s journey and to assist others to reunite with their souls in full realization.
Be not blinded again by fear and doubt. It is over!!! It is done!! You’re suffering is no longer needed to elevate you. Step out of the ego’s delusion and claim your rightful heritage. Say to yourself and others, “I belong here and joy is mine for the asking. I am beautiful.” Release your old preconceived ideas that life must be so difficult. Stand up and rejoice! You are home. You have returned to your divine self.
Pledge allegiance to this beautiful outcome and transformation and meet each day with happiness and expectation of only the best. Live your life and trust in the knowledge that you are being guided and provided what you need. The arduous journey is done, and the glimmering future has arrived. And it is beyond your wildest expectations. Your days will be bountiful, trust in that. And refuse to look back and there is no need to repeat the past.
You lift hearts and fill others with white light of knowing their true purpose. People are attracted to your light–they always have been. Your beautiful soul extends out and softens the hearts of everyone. You are source of release and joy! You are a part of the evolution and transformation, and that is why we have told you — it can’t fail–it can’t fail! It is your destiny. Your joy is our joy, your peace is our peace, and your gratitude is our gratitude. We elevate you to a new level of truth and confidence so that you can continue your work to assist in the advancement of the civilization.

We can often feel we are too busy to stop and meditate because our plates are full and there are so many distractions calling for our attention. But even 5 for 10 minutes a day can be extremely powerful, bringing us the calm and clarity we need to be confident, productive, and happy. So many times, my clients ask me for guidance and I always bring them back to the fact that in each of us is the answer–the divine guidance within.
Meditation brings illumination and answers when none seem apparent. The next steps are revealed when we slow down and trust the deep inner knowing. Businesses are teaching meditation and mindfulness because it has been shown to increase teamwork and cooperation. But on a personal level, the joy of living in the present and connecting with the soul is the greatest benefit. When we do, we see synchronicity and unexpected beautiful events unfold before our very eyes.

Join John Smallman and me as we discuss the topic of liberation from fear.
I recently spoke to 150 people in downtown Bellevue on Mindfulness. I began by asking how many people in the room had experienced a significant or major struggle in the past year. Without hesitation, the hands of nearly everyone in the entire room went up. I asked them to look around. We are all experiencing struggles, both individually and collectively, but the solution lies within us, not from struggling with the outer circumstances. When we can align with our inner knowing, our deepest self we connect with a source and a power greater than anything external. By connecting with Universal Love, we find comfort, support, and wisdom to know how to deal with each situation as it arises. It is counter-intuitive, but when we slow down we find clarity and accomplish more. Here are my suggestions on the path to freedom:
- Pause and take a deep breath.
- Bring your self to the present moment by focusing on your breathing.
- Relax and feel yourself letting go of the busy mind.
- Trust in the knowledge that you belong here, and you are connected to Love, the power that sustains all life.
- Hold your struggle or conflict in your consciousness and ask your inner wisdom, “What is the threat here? What am I really afraid of? What am I trying to protect?”
- As you allow yourself to see the belief or fear that is holding you hostage, you can stop hiding it from yourself.
- Know that you actually have the power within to face and deal with situations as they arise when you operate in the present moment from your inner wisdom.
- Remind yourself that 99% of your worries never occur—they are creations of your mind to try to protect you and prepare you. But your hidden fears can be debilitating.
- Practice becoming present and connecting with Love—the very reason you exist.

Greetings friends,
This is a compilation of some parts of the messages I have received in the past few months but haven’t posted. The ultimate message is one of Universal Love arising in all of us, but at this time it may not always feel like it. Here are the messages:
Celebrate the new energy coming to the planet even when it doesn’t appear so. An enormous exposure of epic proportions is occurring, revealing the underbelly of the hidden scenes supporting the artificial structure of interweaving connections. The exposure is like lifting a huge rock, revealing the insects and worms living beneath it–hidden and protected by the dark and heavy stone. Many of the people who appear to be in charge but who are operating from the greed of the ego, are actually small potatoes. They are only the tip of the iceberg of what has been occurring for generations by those who would manipulate the world for their own gain.
You are now all witnessing the unraveling of the ego on the grand stage–individually and collectively. Don’t despair! Simply observe without fear as the evolutionary shift unfolds before your eyes. If you feel called to action, trust your inner guidance and stand for truth to power.
The exposure will liberate people from the grip of the hidden powers of people who have been overpowering others. Burgeoning efforts by many are bringing about the shift in consciousness. Foretold expansion and changes are arriving. Great tidings for the most awaited time in the history of the planet are happening now with joyous results. Celebrate the new energy coming to the planet.
The source of the problem is the competitive nature within the web of egos. It is a theme of one-upmanship–an effort to gain power and validation over and from others. What most do not understand is that the solution lies in noticing, disengaging, and releasing the seeds of competition in yourself. It can be difficult to do, but it is the necessary and most direct path for awakening.
As you notice the small, petty opinions, comparisons, and judgments made by you, you are valiantly letting go of the grip of your own ego and allowing your true self to emerge. As you set yourself free, you are helping others free themselves. It takes great courage to see the problems or fears in one’s self but that is the path to the strength of authentic power. You don’t need to seek outside for validation, even from those closet to you. Align and trust your inner guidance of Love because your limited viewpoint is too small.
We share with you from a higher perspective, unlimited my time and space. Living from the small version of yourself can keep you frozen or stuck. Your shadow is not deserving of this much time and attention. Stop clinging and reverting to its fearful thoughts and attempts to disqualify you. Do not compare yourself to others and don’t despair or believe your fearful stories.
When you feel fearful, understand that the shadow is completely dedicated to keeping you in shame and insecurity so that you will not ask for and receive divine guidance.
You belong here, doing what you are doing, advancing each hour and day, building momentum and perspective. Trial and error are guidepost which help you see the path ahead, not to limit you, but to inspire you to go further than ever before. Emanate love and compassion, seeing each person as on his/her own path of awakening–no matter how it appears to you.
Prepare for the new dawn of civilization awaiting each of you as you realize your freedom and discover that the source of your dismay is coming from you. All is well, even in these world-wide dark and bleak appearing circumstances. Blind faith is your strength and passion is your source of perseverance. Trust in the almighty strength of Love–your true source. Your source is so magnificent and powerful that it cannot be compared to anything you can achieve by your own efforts.
Attempts to elevate yourself through the fear stemming from your ego are useless efforts. Let go and see that you are right where you need to be. Blind spots in your road can be illuminated with focus and attention.
Trust in your true nature. Your joy is our joy, your strength is our strength. Your courage is supported by us at every moment. We are with you. We are you–without the limitations that you hold in your experience. Bless you and continue in your journey of self-discovery and share your understanding with those you encounter.
There is a source more powerful and greater than any circumstances or mishaps that are appearing in your world. Why do you try to go it alone? Be not dismayed and discouraged—rather lift up and trust in the guiding light of Love. We are here, awaiting your recognition and response at every moment. We love you and provide you with immediate assistance in every environment and each situation. We have not deserted you, nor would we ever. The treasures that await you are blessed with the guidance that will fulfill and delight you.
Bathe in the light of our love. Bask in our delight with you. Take down the shields and allow love to join you in every decision. Feel our presence–the infusion of energy and joy. We are with you at every juncture, paving the way for the perfect journey. Trust in the imminent and powerful infusion of joy and replenishment for you.
Be still and know we are here with you. Your choice to believe in us, even during these experiences of disruptions and significant upsets, carries you through all circumstances. Absolute trust is all we require of you, dear friends and comrades. We guide you as you go beyond the known, the physical limitations of the current state of consciousness, leading others to a new way of understanding, a higher level of clarity, and a place of diminishing fears—a place where only Love abides.

As you relax into LOVE and Presence, divine messages are easily accessible, just awaiting your beckoning. How often have you been unaware that right beside you, in an instant, is everything you need or ever wanted and is being offered to you?
All that you require has been awaiting your acknowledgment, extending to you LOVE and a virtual communication of joy and happiness. All you need do is offer your presence and allow the messages to float into your consciousness to be written down and reviewed at any moment you may falter or have doubts. The energy soaring through you is mightier than anything you can generate on your own, relying only on your ego and limited mental thoughts. Trust is the brilliant and inescapable path to guidance. Trusting with a fixed focus on the now moment, prevents fear arising that is ever-lurking in the background, waiting to grip you at the slightest opportunity. The old pattern of fear has a well-worn path causing resistance and, therefore, blocking the powerful messages awaiting you .
The doubting mind is very powerful in influencing you to disregard anything that is not logical and perceived in the normal, everyday style. Your spiritual guidance is a very subtle, yet magnificently powerful voice, urging you to stop and be aware—to stop and be awake—to open your eyes to another world that is so brilliant everything else pales in comparison. Yet, you continue to be beguiled and mesmerized by the illusion of reality—the human drama of pain and suffering, blame and shame. Dear hearts, your help is right beside you, like a fluttering breeze, gently easing and relaxing you on a summer day. Your deepest desires are known to us and we want to assist in every way. Your joy is our joy, your bliss is our bliss, your satisfaction is our satisfaction—why would we ever refuse you? We are joined, we are one, and we are LOVE.
The world is in such turmoil but you are part of the unraveling of the grip of tension throughout the world. As you shift your attention away from fear and onto the presence of LOVE, you assist others in doing the same. As you shift into the higher frequency of joy, you emanate this energy wherever you go. If you realized how powerful you are, you would be astounded! You would never hold back in fear or self-recrimination. You would honor the beautify and LOVE within, offering only LOVE to everyone you meet. How could that be difficult? Why would you not want to do this? Too often distractions, with momentary satisfactions, are so easily available. As human beings, you are often easily dissuaded from going forth on your magnificent journey by being waylaid with small and brief destinations that offer short-lived or disappointing outcomes. Vow to be open and present to LOVE today and thrust forward into your shimmering destiny.

Despite all external appearances, including calamities, chaos, interruptions, and shocking events you see on television and the internet, you are asked to see the world through the eyes of love. This is a defining moment in the history of the world, leading to a time where honor, respect, and love are held in the hearts of people worldwide, who understand and share the vision for a new and cooperative world. Pain and suffering, the result of the contention created by humans, will begin to disappear as people join together for the common good of all people everywhere.
Positions of authority will be occupied by people who hold the highest interest and regard for all people, not just for those at the top. Beliefs in separateness from Source and from each other will be eradicated and people will feel compassion for their fellow beings, their brothers and sisters on the planet. The new cooperative system and structure has been long-awaited but is arriving now, the result of the chaos and dissension finally being played out and exposed for all to see– the erroneous beliefs that have been the underlying cause of the discord, the conflict, and pain in this competitive world.
Seeing through the eyes of love requires suspending your fears and judgments, and instead, trusting that a better world is emerging. When you are in a state of openness, you allow the divine to shine through you, assisting you in understanding all situations from a higher perspective. You will see even difficult circumstances as opportunities for exposure, understanding, and release of former ideologies containing supremacy, competition, pain, and destruction.
Joint decisions that benefit all sides for mutual satisfaction will become clear and recognizable as the only way to a peaceful society–comprised of respectful relationships at all levels. Each of you contributes to the rebuilding of the current societal framework, simply by interacting with compassion and understanding with others you see every day. You rebuild relationships here and now with how you see and relate with those closest to you.
Have faith, hope, and trust that all is well, in the face of appearances. When you see the world through the eyes of love, you see its perfection for the unfolding plan for society’s transition–a beautiful awakening, bringing a final state of relief from suffering and pain worldwide. This utopia is achievable, the state of cooperation and love is coming, and those who awaken can experience it now. It is already here for those who are awake.
See the beauty in the eyes of your fellow beings and be united and energized by understanding love is in everyone. Love is the source of all power and is the reason you exist. You have all been a part of the massive delusion that has existed for thousands of years, but is now coming to an end. Be joyous now and know you are loved and adored. The clouds are parting and the sun is shining through! You are blessed and this is the time to be alive with purpose and gratitude in your hearts. Awaken beloved children of God, the time is now!
Plans for awakening are expanding rapidly. Don’t doubt that this is happening or minimize your part in it. Be proud of your steps and contribute with the passion instilled in you. Enjoy the journey and trust that you will be prepared for each experience as it unfolds. See the blessings all around you, recognize the synchronicity in all interactions with others, and understand how all situations and events are part of the transition to awakening.
The complexities of this world can be confusing, but the conflicts and discord are the result of the ego and its desire for power and validation. Don’t be hypnotized into believing circumstances or become transfixed on the false appearances or the temporary results of artificial power. They are crumbling and dissolving, even when you can’t see it. Awakening is just that–opening your eyes to the truth, despite the appearances. It is knowing that love is the foundation of all that truly exists.
Standing powerfully in love is the path for emancipation from all previously held beliefs and artificial constructs. The dissension and complexities occurring worldwide are a reflection of the grievances and unresolved conflicts in individuals. As you find your own sanity and recognize your own misguided beliefs, you assist in the dismantling of the world’s complex societal structure that is holding a stranglehold on people everywhere. So look within to release your own fears and demons and find the underlying source of love in yourself. As you experience your personal transformation, you transform the world. As you find your own liberation, you bring freedom to the world.
All the circumstances, events and happenings in the world at this time, no matter how dire they appear, are moving forward in service to the awakening of humanity through the eyes of love. Be at peace.

Miracles Abound with the Gift of Imagination

Miracles abound when you allow your imagination free reign! Prepare to be dazzled, amazed, and uplifted as you soar to new levels of joy and freedom!
Human beings have been given the gift of imagination. You are also given the opportunity to lighten and open hearts for both yourself and those around you by being in the energetic flow of creativity and imagination. Your very presence can elevate those you encounter every day. You can assist those who are unable to rise above their mental dictates because of the long-held beliefs adhered to throughout their lifetimes. The capacity to hear the truth of your own inner guidance, despite external circumstances and beyond the vague generalities, clichés, and old repetitious, so-called truisms, lifts you above the past limitations. This ability to align with the spiritual dimension gives you and those around you a glimpse of the power of imagination.
The world of imagination is a gift to delight and dazzle human beings with hopes and dreams. Miracles appear the moment you take off the parameters created by the ego. Limiting and fearful beliefs only appear true because they were created from previous experiences, especially in childhood. Based on decisions stemming from the past, you are only open to more of the same–or sometimes even bigger calamities–actually based on fear of what could be.
Imagination and fantasy can elevate your vision and lighten your heart with what could be, and therefore, open the doors to more beautiful and new experiences. Coincidences occur when dreams and desires match up with the power of the universe to intersect with your desires. Try not to be doubtful and give up, because the next beautiful thing is an instant away, just beyond your momentary, human perception, and view. The magnificent next step is just around the corner—a view you cannot see because of your human vantage point. But if you stop too soon, you will never see it. Some people are deemed lucky, born with a silver spoon, or appear to have an advantage. But have you considered, maybe they just didn’t give up too soon?
Life is meant to be an experience, with all its ups and downs, as an ever-evolving, expansive universe, with new opportunities for love, joy, excitement, and passion. Too often people give up and close down and feel the best is over. This is a choice and not the truth, but will be experienced as truth if that is the belief. Irrational fears are a result of the ability to imagine, only applied from fear and darkness rather than from joy and brightness. These imagined consequences can keep a person locked in fear, stuck in life, and often unable to move forward at all.
People tend to see what they expect and then they are not open to the energy to receive the gifts that are offered every day. Holding onto longstanding, unquestioned beliefs is like being guided down the river of life by hanging onto an old, floating log, and although it doesn’t have the power to change the current, the direction of the river, the flow, or the twists and turns, you feel you have some security by hanging onto it. It doesn’t really change anything and you are passing your life by. In truth, life is so full of promises, opportunities, joy, surprises, and miracles, but so many people miss them.
Open Up to Miracles
Be present, give up worries of the distant future, claim your sudden, unexpected, happen-chance opportunities, and rejoice in small inspirations and signs of synchronicity. Be grateful, notice and smile at the coincidences, and you will draw more and more of them into your life. When you do this, you will suddenly see your lovely, blessed, and privileged life– that is even more than what you imagined. Don’t be cynical. Cynicism is just a habit of looking at the glass half empty for so long you never see it full. You expect the worst and, therefore, you get it.
Pause, imagine, breathe in the beauty of possibilities when you let go of the fears—fears of performing, fear of failure, fear of losing, fear of embarrassment, fear of disappointment, and every other conceivable distress. Don’t collapse into worry and fear. Ride on the wings of inspiration and great dreams, put aside your doubts and worries. Just keep moving forward and as you take steps, you are creating a way for the universe to match your actions, often with serendipitous, magical results.
Do the spontaneous, invite the new, hold a fresh dream, try the unusual, change your routines, and give up the old ideas–even for one day. Try a different approach, be willing to change your opinion–even for an hour, and watch the doors begin to open. Reach out to new people and experiences, smile at more strangers, look at others’ eyes, and see how they are versions of yourself, each one wanting to be loved, to be respected, to be beautiful, and to be needed. See your common humanity and feel a new softness in your heart toward others. Expand your compassion to all people—not just the ones that are special to you.
Be part of the new world where people respect one another, have empathy, demonstrate kindness, and love and care for all the innocent, beloved children. Create a new warm, wonderful atmosphere, where happiness is the order of the day and people have open hearts. Give up your suffering, put down the heavy cross, and choose to see a better way of interacting in the world. Live with gratitude, not complaints, and see the gifts being offered every day! Prepare to be dazzled with the power beyond your limited small self and soar like you have never done before.

Tremendous efforts are needed to dissuade the common theme of attack and overcome that is held by so many people in this world. Peace can never come from overcoming others. Understanding relationships and finding radical new ways to achieve peace are necessary for the pursuant of freedom. Each and every one is part of the new wave of love and compassion that is needed today. It is time to stretch the current framework and create a new world.
It is important to recognize the dynamic of mutual engagement. Whether between individuals, groups or whole nations, it takes both sides to hold the relationship together. As an example, visualize a shoe lace that is intertwined as it laces the shoe with adjoining pressure, pulling the parts of the shoe together. This automatically tightens the grip of both sides of the shoe. This joint pressure holds the shoe together. But when the pressure becomes unbearable, the lace breaks—“the tie that binds them”. This breaking or bursting is usually seen as the fault of the other, but is actually the result of both sides pulling against each other—intertwined needs and emotions that keep them engaged. It is not love that binds them–it is fear.
What we are witnessing today is the bursting of pressure of two sides of the polarity so that we can transform the planet to a whole new way of being–a planetary shift like the world has never seen. We are moving out of polarity and into compassion, trust and love for one another. You are a part of the magnificent planetary evolution and that is why you are here.
Understand this. Trying to overcome another person, group or nation, by intensifying the pressure, always results in disruptions and even wars. Warring nations have been held in the same pull of intertwined relationships for centuries. Currently, it has escalated to levels never experienced before and is occurring on all fronts.
Poisoned attitudes and ideas for achieving supremacy are delivered to each other through the media of all kinds, and accelerated with the internet. Poisonous ideas, like venom, need an antidote to dilute their power. This passage of time requires people taking a stand for peace, with conviction; not just politely standing by waiting to see what will happen.
When you pronounce Truth it will be recognized. Freedom is just that—freedom from fear and freedom of speech. Persevere in spreading a message of peace, love and harmony. Do not give others authority over you or be beguiled by false platitudes and toxic ideas. Do not let fear make you feel small and insignificant.
Why are people afraid to take a stand? It stems from fear of punitive action from those in authority. Childhood experiences of being scolded by a teacher or older authority, have conditioned people to be afraid to speak the truth or take a stand against the prevailing culture. People who are in fear seek leaders who represent authoritarian parents or other adults in their childhood experience. It is time to reclaim your own authority, your inner spiritual greatness. It is time to be discerning from your own inner guidance. Bow down to no one, and ask no one to bow down to you.
In unraveling conflicts at all levels, ask the question, “When does a defense become the offense? When are we the perpetrators and when are we the perpetrated upon?” Every time we attack another, be it in families, work or the world, we tighten the interlaced pressure that will finally burst. We push others into a corner and they then counter-attack. We are locked in the stranglehold of intertwined relationships based in fear. Today’s world (and workplace) is a web of egos battling and competing for power and validation. It takes more courage to put your “gun” down–both figuratively and literally, then to attack and blame others.
Be a shining example to the world of acceptance, compassion and integrity. Open hearts with a divine message, bless those before you, and forgive your enemies. Prepare a way for a new generation and be passionate in your commitment to deliver Truth. Truth will cut through the confusion like the sun breaking through the clouds. Bask in the sunshine of our approval and share that same light of love and forgiveness with others. Blessed are you who do God’s work.
